Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Blockify — the app and website that turn a photo into a playable Minecraft skin (the “Service”), operated by Photo2Skin. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Blockify lets you generate Minecraft-compatible character skins from a photo, a pixelated image, or a text description. Blockify is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft. “Minecraft” is a trademark of its respective owner.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you are a minor, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Credits, Purchases & Subscriptions
Generating skins consumes credits. You may receive free credits and can purchase additional credits or subscriptions through Apple. Purchases are billed to your Apple ID, and any subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple ID settings. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable; refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use.
- Upload photos of other people without their consent.
- Use the Service to create harmful, abusive, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its limits.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the photos and prompts you provide. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service (i.e. to generate your skin). You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the rights to use it.
6. Generated Skins & Intellectual Property
Subject to these Terms, the skins you generate are yours to use. The Blockify name, logo, app, and website — excluding your content — are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or redistribute the Service itself.
7. AI-Generated Content
Skins are generated by AI and provided “as is.” Output may vary in quality or likeness and is not guaranteed to meet your expectations. You are responsible for how you use generated content.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third parties (such as Apple and our AI and hosting providers) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blockify and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blockify and its operators from any claims or damages arising out of your content or your misuse of the Service.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
